FIRE RESISTANCE GLASS
Clear polished wired glass is designed for fire resistance and made for building for beautification. The glass is produced by a unique rolling process, during which the specially treated wire mesh is embedded into the soften glass liquid and then runs through the rolling machine for compaction and extension, forms a wired glass of steel reinforced concrete. The wired glass enters for precise annealing and finally to the cold end for both surfaces grounding and fine polishing, to become a polished wired glass.
CPW glass has some unique performance and properties due to its specially designed process, Its a high grade shinning glass with fire resistance function, providing fire resistance performance in clear transparent shield, its also a high grade fashion material among all decorative glass products.
Excellent Fire Resistance Performance
At environment of fire the CPW glass even breaks by the high temperature atmosphere and or frame radiation, the wire mesh in the glass will remain the CPQ glass plate as a shield in a completeness condition, without any falling or shattering, which is the most important and efficient to block the toxic smoke spreading and to obstruct high temperature radiating with the efficient fire resistance time over 100 minutes
CPW glass remain transparency status in the fire, totally different with combined fire resistance glass, which allows the rescuing people to see through the wired glass windows/doors/partition/barrier door to check the real condition, so as to improve the rescuing efficiency.
Efficient Fall-Proof and shatter proof Performance
The unique structure of steel reinforced concrete gives CPW glass the performance of fall-proof and shatter-proof, therefore CPW glass is widely installed in so many public buildings as smoke barrier, skylight, safety fence, etc, especially in the earthquake,fire,storm,emergency accidents,playing safeguard role and avoid the hurts from the normal glass breaking falling, shattering directly and indirectly.
